Congratulations to Triad’s Chief Technical Officer and Southwestern Regional Manager, David Meadows! Mr. Meadows was given the Roy D. Koch Award for his lifetime of service to the West Virginia Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) at the section’s annual meeting on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Hawks Nest State Park. The prestigious award is the highest honor recognizing their contributions to the civil engineering profession. Given by the West Virginia Section of ASCE established in 1974 “to recognize those individuals who have provided meritorious service to the West Virginia Section for an extended period of time.”
