Northwestern West Virginia Regional Manager / Land Development Practice Leader

Bill’s role within Triad is Northwestern West Virginia Regional Manager and Land Development Practice Leader for the Morgantown, WV office. In addition, he serves on the Board of Director’s and provides executive level leadership to the Company to ensure strategic management and operational goals are achieved. He has over 24 years of private sector experience in the design and project management of land development and site civil projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Having progressed through various organizational leadership roles throughout his career, Bill understands the importance of building a strong team, capable of providing all required services with strong project management.

Bill is committed to revenue growth and client management within the company with emphasis on the Morgantown office. He is passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships by establishing a clear understanding of expectations and maintaining open communications.

Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University, and holds professional registrations in West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Bill has served as past-President and Treasurer for the West Virginia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and for a decade in the early 2000’s was a Visiting Instructor within the Davis College at West Virginia University.
