Triad provided surveying and construction layout services for Herbruck’s Project Freebird, overseen by a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The scope of services included the following tasks, based on project plans and prior experience.

Survey Control: Triad’s surveying personnel recovered and verified existing horizontal and vertical survey control. New survey control was established as necessary to provide stakeout for the project. Triad’s client had nearly finished construction of a 33,000 square foot office and warehouse facility when a subsurface exploration was requested to provide recommendations for overhead mobile cranes to be added to the warehouse portion of the project. In addition, the building was to be retrofitted for four swing job cranes. The cranes were to have their own column and foundations.
