Triad is pleased to announce that Bradley A. Reynolds, PE has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. Brad graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer. Brad has been with the firm for over 24 years and specializes in the fields of civil, geotechnical and construction engineering. Brad has been an instrumental leader of Triad serving in roles such as Field Engineering Technician, Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Geotechnical and Quality Control Practice Leader and most recently, Regional Manager in charge of Triad’s Eastern Regional operations.

“Triad is an employee-owned company, and we needed a CEO who can reach employees at all levels,” said Randy L. Moulton. Moulton is the son of one of Triad’s founders and a past CEO of Triad who has been Brad’s mentor throughout his career. Moulton continued to say that, “Brad has always been a people-oriented person, dealing with employees on a down to earth, personal basis. That’s how he’s successfully built the Eastern Regional team into a consistent operation over the past 20 years. The board and I believe that Brad knows where Triad has been, where are now, and where we want to go in the future. With Brad’s communication skills and dedication, we are in the best possible position to meet our goals and objectives for the employee-owners of the firm with him as our CEO.”
