In her role as Chief Business Development Officer at Triad, Brooke leads with a focus on growth and meaningful relationships. She began her career as a Marketing Coordinator and, over more than 20 years, has built a path to the C-suite through hard work, drive, and a hands-on approach. Her experience provides valuable perspective in every conversation across the A/E/C industry.
Brooke is passionate about bringing the right people together and creating memorable experiences that make a lasting impact. A graduate of Penn State with a degree in business, she believes that while business is serious, it should also be enjoyable. Her genuine love for people and collaborative spirit is central to how she leads and builds relationships.
A guiding principle in both her career and personal life is that potential has no limits except those we place on ourselves. It is a lesson she strives to share with her daughter and with those she mentors. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and continuing to explore the idea that we are all capable of more than we imagine.
