Triad Engineering Expands to Monroeville, PA

Big things are happening at Triad Engineering, Inc., and we’re thrilled to share the news! As part of our continued growth, we have officially opened the doors to our new office in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. Located just outside of Pittsburgh, this expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Triad as we strengthen our presence across Western Pennsylvania.

With this new location, we’re also welcoming a talented group of new team members to the Triad family. These professionals bring a wealth of experience in civil engineering, surveying, land development, infrastructure, and utility projects. Their expertise and dedication complement Triad’s existing services and reinforce our mission to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients and communities.

This milestone represents more than just a new office; it is a testament to the hard work, collaboration, and shared vision of our employee-owners who make Triad what it is today. Together, we are continuing to grow, serve, and build stronger communities throughout the region.

A Year of Milestones

The Monroeville expansion caps off what has been an extraordinary year for Triad. In 2025, we proudly celebrated our 50th anniversary, marking half a century of serving our clients and communities. This achievement is especially meaningful, as only an estimated 1,000 multidisciplinary engineering firms across the United States can claim such longevity.*

This year also brought a refreshed brand identity, including a new logo that reflects both our history and our continued growth. Our team of employee-owners has now grown to more than 200, each playing a vital role in shaping Triad’s future.

Looking ahead, 2026 will mark another exciting milestone: the 30th anniversary of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a testament to our belief that shared ownership strengthens both our company and the communities we serve.
