Triad has been performing multi-service engineering for the Westfields Subdivision in Washington County, MD for many years. The subdivision includes over 750 single family home lots, a new elementary school, over five miles of new roadways and four stormwater management (SWM) facilities. Triad has provided a variety of services including environmental studies, SWM and roadway test borings and test pits, geotechnical engineering reports, pavement design, asbestos inspection and abatement for existing farm structures, fracture trace studies, multiple geophysical surveys within areas of sinkholes, existing structure subsidence and karst features, sinkhole remediation design and implementation, roadway as-built certifications, and construction inspection during the development of the subdivision infrastructure.
